Solid black, with piercing golden-yellow eyes, he can stare down anyone and is a master at the psychological warfare that wolves play. This is what allows him to be and stay Alpha. Gimel's parents were both spirits of the night, as is he. His father, Maven, was solid black and even had black eyes and while not a true master of darkness yet, still more skilled than most wolves he encountered. his mother, Stella, was of the lighter side of the night and excelled at the swift and silent, she also had a gift for putting others to sleep with her voice. Both his parents passed from this plane of existence a while ago. |

What anyone who knows her well already knows is, if you need her, she will find you, usually, and not the other way around. She is found only when she chooses to be seen and is the ShadowPaw's guardian spirit. |

Parents: Gimel, and Katla.

Rafe, as a contender for leadership of the Shadowpawz, tends to have a natural ability to take charge when needed. He is kind and caring, and hates to see any wolf suffer, and will always try to help those in need. He has a knack for wandering away and as such can often find himself in over his head, but he doesn't let that stop him from giving it his all. Loyal and dedicated, should you ever need a true friend to you can count on him to be there for you, even if you think you are completely alone. Even against the odds, he will stand his ground and do his best to prove himself as a competent would-be leader so that he can take over when his father is gone.
Rafe seems to have a strong grasp of his spirit, even to the point of being a prodigy, some would say. Capable of doing things that many struggle for years to accomplish, even at his young age.
Though his real mother died while he was quite young, he seems to retain some memory of her, and while he loves Katla to death, he will never completely let go of his biological mother.
