ok, this is what you put on this board if you want to be a mod....
position: gmod, mod (i will determine the exact level) board you want to moderate(if you want to be a regular mod,and not a gmod) how often you get on site what job you want if you wish to be job-specific
remember, that i reserve the right to strip your power at any time if i see it as necessary.so be good!
-------
job-specific titles
**being job specific means that in addition to enforcing the rules, you do something else. being job-specific is totally optional, but is a great way to help me out a bit more.
manager - handles member complaints/conflicts.
debugger - handles site problems, if they cant fix a problem themselves, they will forward it to someone who can.
pruner - moves old topics to archives and deletes unsuccessful posts. (old topics= no replies in over 1 month. unsuccessful=threads have no response at all and have been sitting for 2 weeks)
responder- politely replies to requests on the request boards. must be able to politely and clearly explain why people are not yet qualified,or why something is not possible, etc. as well as possibly giving alternatives, if available.
project assistant- the idea person. helps come up with site improvements, helps with the set up. often talks to members to see what they want, so in a way is the liaison.
